The most frustrating part about Chuck's mullet is how handsome he became once he finally decided to part with it around 1995... he also started working out, which helped... but that mullet was holding him back big time!

People like him are the main reason wearing mullets get such a bad rap, quite apart from the inescapable fact that they're preposterously ugly.
